M*A*S*H legend has died aged 82

his family attempted to flee when he was two years old.

His family relocated to New York in 1946 and obtained U.S. citizenship in 1956 after his father was killed while serving as

a captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

He later taught dance, including at Santa Monica College, according to Deadline.
