“I’m not happy,” I said evenly. “I’m relieved.”
“Relieved? I’m the one who’s won.”
“If that’s what you want to think, go ahead and keep thinking you’ve won. But be aware that I’ll be getting a settlement from the two of you. So don’t dillydally.”
