Milia
- Hard to the touch
- Small white or yellow bumps
- Not painful
- No redness
- Cannot be popped easily
Whiteheads
- Filled with oil and dead skin cells
- Softer
- Often associated with acne
- May become inflamed
- Can sometimes be extracted safely by a trained professional
